This is normally an arm bar with out loss of contact. However it can also be a take down. Using the rotation to bring the arm from underneath the arm to on top of it well holding it stretched out with the other arm. Sweep your leg backwards as you do this on the thigh to take the person down.

Chubuke – defence against body shot. Arm going down blocks other arm frames on opponents kneck.

Double rising elbow.
