Moves 1-2 (Repeated 3 – 4 and 5 – 6)

Moves 7- 8

Under hook and head grab .  Pull head down push arm up.  Knee head, if that misses knee groin, if they throw their hips back convert knee into a stamp to their leg.

 


Moves 9 – 10 (repeated 11 -12)

Use cross hands as a cover and crash into an opponent.   If they push back crank their neck.   If they don't pull / drag them to the ground pulling both arms back.

The push on the face can be followed by wrapping the jaw and cranking the neck and hammer fist to the face.

One hand stuffs the opponents hands into their face - think Micheal Dicks Pivot and Knee. Other hand grabs back of head. Rag them in and a out with the push pull. This give pressure on your arm on kneck which you then can rotate round for the kneck crank - think Mark Bonner.


Moves 13 – 14 (repeated 15 – 16)

lift take down - from behind at 1.39. Normally done from the front then hammer fist if them brace up or drag down and strike if they pull hips back.

Moves 19 – 20

Catch front Kick, Lift the foot high with one hand and Push the Toes Back towards the opponent with the other. This will drop many people or at least destabilise the more flexible.
